Return window

Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery in unused condition and original packaging, with all tags/labels intact.

Purchases made on Amazon

If you purchased via Amazon, please initiate returns from Your Orders on Amazon. Amazon’s return workflows, timelines and pickup policies apply.

Eligibility

• Item is unused, unwashed, and in sellable condition.
• All original packaging, labels and accessories are included.
• Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

How to start a return

• Amazon purchases: use Amazon’s Your Orders → Return or replace items.
• For other cases, contact us at contact@saffronleo.in with your order details and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider, refunds can take 5–10 business days to appear.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Non‑returnable items

Items that show signs of use, damage from improper handling, or are missing packaging may be declined. Hygiene‑sensitive items washed/used can’t be accepted.
